Deckbuilder changes

• - fixed minimum width of Deck Panel to be larger
• - Reduce amount of cards displayed at once to 24; Reduce grid to 1 by x
• - Deckbuilder-layout now shows the Deck Builder first
• - Cards now show their name, type, attribute and tag to their right.
• - Cards now show detailed information on hover
• - Added Icons for better visuals
• - Validation now is handled inside the respective deck, and have now a red x or green check mark for validation
• - The Deck section is now larger
• - When no filter is selected, it is greyed out
• - When pressing New Deck or Load Deck It automatically scrolls down to the deckbuilder
